I am a ‘Grady Baby’ and a 1970 graduate of Morehouse. I am very interested in Black Atlanta History. I have been doing ‘THE REAL BLACK ATLANTA TOUR’ and OTHER TOURS HIGHLIGHTING AND TRAVELING THROUGHOUT BLACK/AFRICAN-AMERICAN HISTORY/CULTURE ALONG THE SOUTHEAST COAST/GULLAH-GEECHEE for more than twenty-five years for friends, groups, family reunions and others. The folks at the Auburn Library know me. I HAVE NOT ADEQUATELY MARKETED MY WORK. THERE ARE MANY OTHER NEIGHBORHOODS THROUGHTOUT BLACK ATLANTA THAT ARE NOT RESEARCHED AND DOCUMENTED FOR TOURISM AND HISTORICAL EDUCATION. I HAVE PROMOTED SIGNIFICANT BLACK ATLANTA HISTORY REGARDING WEB DUBIOS AND OTHERS IN SOUTH ATLANTA,SUMMERHIL,PITTSBURGH AND IN BUCKHEAD WHERE I WAS BORN IN 1948. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I HAVE NOT BENEFITTED FINANCIALLY. MY TOURS ARE PRIMARILY DONE ON BUSES. HAVE YOU CONNECTED WITHT THE WORK, RESARCH AND WRITTEN MATERIALS DONE BY SKIP MASON? Dr. Arletta Brinson IS A LONG TIME FRIEND OF MINE AND SHE TOLD ME ABOUT YOU. I can be reached at babadollar@aol.com/404-454-4063

      Peace & Blessings Dr. Dollar,
Thanks for your comment. Yes, Dr. Brinson spoke highly of you. Hopefully, we can meet in the near future. I’ve been doing this research and irk for quite some time. I’m familiar with Skip Mason and his work. I’ve tried to reach him over the years but he would never respond. Unfortunately, the situation at Morehouse College happened around the time I visited his office. So I practically gave up on my efforts to perhaps work with him. Please feel free to contact me at blackmeccatours@yahoo.com or 678-663-0831. I look forward to learning and sharing with you.
      All the best,
      Nasir Muhammad
